We ship all orders from the mystical island of Bali. This is where our team, sewing lab and stores are located.

We ship out in-stock items the next day after payment is confirmed.
Items that will be sewn personally for you are shipped in 4-7 business days

SHIPPING FROM BALI TO RUSSIA

  • Courier to Moscow ~ 3-5 days, 1999₽  
    From Moscow, we dispatch orders to other cities using the delivery service provided by СДЭК

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • EMS Indonesian Post ~8-10 days, 16.5$
  • FedEx Express ~2-4 days, 19.5$

*In the declaration we write that the order is a gift to a friend with a value of 45$-130$. We are not responsible for tax charges in your country.

 

PAYMENT

For Indonesia and International methods:

You can securely place your order and pay in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Just follow the normal checkout procedure and once you are redirected to the Xendit Payment website to log in, simply click on the bottom link "Pay by Debit or Credit Card". With that link you can pay by Credit/Debit Card, Virtual Bank Account or Qris.

 

For Russia methods:

You can pay for your order by transferring the funds to Sberbank or Tinkoff Bank through the fast payment system (SBP).

 

For International methods:

You can check out securely using your PayPal account.

Just write to us on WhatsApp or here in chat, we will send you a payment link to PayPal.

 

Cryptocurrency methods:

To make such a payment, please contact us, and we will provide you with a QR code for the transfer of funds

 

RETURN

You can return items purchased at OVERZ online store within 20 days, just follow the steps listed below:

  1. Send us an email with your order number and indicate the subject of the message "Return of goods".
  2. Make sure that the merchandise you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. 
  3. Ship your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our warehouse.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Custom size clothing

Every case of return of custom-size clothing is considered individually.

 

REFUNDS

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our store. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
