RETURN

Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order.

Process:

1. Send us an email with your order number and subject:

“Return of goods”

2. Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging

3. Ship the parcel back at your own expense

4. Processing time: 3–7 business days after arrival

If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back.

Each case of return for custom-size clothing is reviewed individually.

Custom work is treated as a personal order.

Refunds are processed after return approval.
