WHY STRONG MEN PROTECT THEIR ENERGY
By OVERZ WEAR
Strength rarely makes noise.
Most often, it simply exists.
Strong men protect their energy because they understand that what is always available loses its form. Without boundaries, strength dissolves into noise. When preserved, it becomes direction.

Most exhaustion today does not come from effort, but from overload — constant signals demanding attention the mind cannot hold at once. The body remains alert, but the mind scatters. Presence fractures. Rest interrupts fatigue, but does not restore clarity.
This is first felt in the body. When attention is gathered, the breath slows, movement becomes precise, and the day finds rhythm instead of resistance. Boundaries appear not as restriction, but as inner stability — knowing when to engage, when to step back, and when to remain still.
Attention is the most valuable thing a person possesses. Where it is directed, energy follows. To protect energy is to choose presence over reaction, awareness over haste, fewer distractions over excess.

Form is shaped from within.
What remains is composure.
Wholeness.
OVERZ — discipline of form.
